You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, exchange, or refund.

How to Request a Return

Email us at francoescalona58@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.

Condition of Returned Items

Unopened products in their original packaging qualify for a full refund. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include a photo in your email so we can resolve it quickly, typically with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, without needing the item shipped back.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.
